On May 23, Marcus Jordan, son of Michael, will open the Trophy Room, a new sneaker boutique in Orlando’s Disney Spring’s development. The retail concept draws inspiration from the trophy room in the Jordan family residence and, to celebrate its grand opening, it’ll stock an eye-popping exclusive courtesy of Papa Jordan himself. Or his namesake brand, anyway.
The Air Jordan XX3 Trophy Room features the rare “MJ” signature pattern embroidered into the upper, the same design that was used on an ’08 All-Star XX3, to go along with “Trophy Room” logoing and wordmarks on the outsole. Inside the tongues, the shoe boasts its number in the production run, which is limited to just 523 pairs (the store opens on 5/23).
The Air Jordan XX3 Trophy Room will release only at the Trophy Room on May 23, and folks hoping to be first in the door that day (which will be required to have a shot at the shoe) need to get a wristband on May 22.
