Come April 30, Marcus Mariota will find out where he begins his career as a professional quarterback. That’s just the payoff though. The journey began years ago. All the hard work and dedication that’s made him one of the most sought-after players in the draft started when Marcus was a child in Hawaii and, indeed, is underway now.
In the second installment of the Nike Inner Strength documentary series, cameras follow the reigning Heisman Trophy winner behind the scenes, as he puts in the work to not just excel as a pro, but to represent his family and where he’s from; to continue the growth he began at the University of Oregon.
